- Sinopse:
- O ousado condenado nº. 23, conhecido como The Eel, foge da prisão e, após zombar de seus perseguidores ineptos, salva a vida de três pessoas em perigo: uma linda garota, sua mãe e um pretendente irritante, apenas para ficar exausto e quase se afogar. Depois de recuperar as forças na casa do juiz Brown, ele participa de uma festa social da classe alta, onde compete com o pretendente pelos favores da encantadora Srta. Brown. Mas os guardas da prisão ainda estão atrás dele...
